Bondi turd more popular than Julia Gillard
Drainster:
In recent News polling a turd recently found floating at Bondi beach has been found to be more popular than Julia Gillard. The results also found the turd had better asylum seeker credentials than the ailing Prime Minister. People recognise that the turd can float like a boat which means it will more likely find a solution to the crisis.
To turn around the current crisis senior ministers were asked at a Cactus meeting to come up with positive things to say about Julia in public.
Swan said “She is as tough as nails.” Simon Crean said “She is the best person to run this country” with his hands behind his back and fingers crossed. Bill Shorten said “She is a good root”. For some reason there was an awkward silence followed by a change of subject.
In response to the recent opinion polls senior Labor ministers approached the Bondi turd and asked it if would be interested in the top job. The turd declined the offer indicating it thought Labor at the federal level was on the nose.
In breaking news Craig Thompson’s name has been raised as a possible Gillard replacement. Labor insiders believe he may be in the best position to get inside the minds of the people smugglers. When we caught up with Thompson at his local ATM he was unavailable for comment.

:-D
It made me lol.
Mez:
Good one, Draino.
Did anyone see At Home with Julia? At times she had Julia nailed - but I can't help wondering if "date night" will ever happen. The husband role (I still can't remember his name) was excellent. It was very cringe-worthy.

Fuck no, looked appalling.
Drainster:
Thanks guys. I recorded at Home with Julia but have not got around to watching it. I heard it had mixed reviews.
I just hope they never do at home with Tony. The budgie smugglers would kill the ratings alone.
