Nax said that you're only gay if you're taking it. So I said, as Nick is clearly gay, I should be the one giving it, hence the need for the strap on.

If its not commercially viable why would we try to connect pople in the middle of bum-fuck nowhere to 100M/sec broadband?
Actually, those few people will be the lucky 3% on wireless.

The answer is simply that we're not American. Australia has always been more inclusive in this respect, possibly because so many of the more remote users have been considered core economy supporters in primary industires - farming, mining etc.
