Had the opportunity for a little close up with our distinguished premier today. She seemed kind of happy for a person headed for an early retirement. And suprisingly easy on the eye.

That little weasel Lexxi put up a blog on how much she hates Australia/Invasion day. I called her out as being smug and self righteous on her facebook and she deleted it. Agreed. It is a blog and she has some pretty strong opinions (I call them her opinions but they're obviously just ones she has stolen from her idol Catherine Deveny) so she should be open to hearing other people's too.

I was trying to make a joke out of it....as the topic was lexi blogging about bogan pride day....but I think i failed. As usual.

Yeah, but how and when are they planning on implementing it? I've already counted my tax for the year and am only just going to scrape in, due to HECS, and don't want to be hit with more if my income *happens* to pass 50 grand.

Nothing wrong with that at all. It was just her whole holier than thou liberal attitude looking down on those that might want to enjoy their day off- 'When did Australia Day turn into the official day of the meat eating, alcohol drinking and flag wearing contest?' Um if people want to have a bbq and a few drinks what's the problem?!
