There's only one question really, why can a 13 year old Japanese person give consent but a 13 year old Australian cannot?

The legal basis of why they cannot is aged based legal disability. But it makes no sense for this to actually exist because we're all the same species, so our age development should be identical.

The point simply is that people's outrage over padophiles is clearly misplaced and non-sensical. It has no basis in logic

I don't see how an argument which states that travel is useless because all humans are essentially the same and we should also all be allowed to root at the same ages wherever we live can in any way be described as fishing.
