... this latest 'scandal' is just way too convenient for the Brisbane Lions.

This belongs in Everything Else, AFL is too important to be relegated to the arse end of the forum.

I agree Neil. Funny isn't it how it's the husband that made the complaint? There's a rat in this and it's not Fev.

AFL is a sport played by rapists and drug addicts. Watch this latest scandal be swept under the carpet. If Travis Tuck played Rugby League the media would still be talking about it. AFL is a protected species, even though it deserves no such treatment.

let me put this to you neil, the husband invented these allegations because he is jealous that his wife wants to fuck the fev. hes done a good job; its the sort of thing people expect fev to do. who's giving the poor bloke the benefit of the doubt?

Well, my angle was more that a supporter of the club would know that it would be very useful for Brisbane if they had an excuse to ditch the guy. The part I heard reported was that there was another player present who didn't notice anything untoward and the woman didn't complain.

If he did expose himself (which I don't necessarily believe) it's just as likely she asked to see.

I dunno. The guy is clearly not the sharpest knife in the drawer and thinks he is bulletproof... but this is ridiculously convenient that he is said to have done something this stupid.

yeah but he still did it. AFL and all other sporting reps and players are supposed to adhere to the code of conduct as set out buy their respective sports. And one of the points is that they do not bring the sport or their club into any problems/disrepute. So if they sack him too bad he should have known better and instead of going "sure honey ill show you my dick" he should have said, hey maybe some other time and walked away. But we all know footy players play football for their ball skills not for anything academic so he probably thought it was a good idea at the time. It's like how Andrew Lovett is suing Saints for dropping him and refusing to pay him, but Saints had a right under the code of conduct to do so because rape is a serious matter and can damage the club and i would not want to associate with him either...

are you miss-spelling on purpose? Can't be that hard to type on a phone.

well all the news are reporting is "fevola denies doing anything wrong". But he also "denied" cheating on his wife to which is why I don't believe it when he claims he is innocent this time.

Maybe the wife was having an affair with fev and told the hubby he flashed her to cover it up?  :-o

It's a sad day when a bloke can't get his Wang out at a kids party without being raked over the coals for it. Dare I say, unAustralian?

Interesting all the AFL fans ignore my comment. Typical if their administration is anything to go by.

You're just not saying anything new or interesting. And yes, I know about pots and kettles.
