If you don't want to do all the house work, just don't do all the bloody housework... Housework has never been an issue with me and mr frazz... very few people actually like to live in filth, if you have always done all the housework, why would anyone else bother, perhaps you shouldn't have babied them for all those years.
And don't talk about it a length, it is a boring topic, it makes people not want to do anything because you are being so fucking annoying about it, mr frazzs mum does this, maybe it's an old woman thing, 'can you please do the dishes' is enough, no one cares why, or what a hard life it is, or all the boring cleaning crap you've done,...
mr frazzs mum complains that we don't 'care' about housework, because we just say 'ok' mid sentence when she goes on her cleaning rants,.. of course we don't fucking care, it's housework no one sane CARES abut housework, it's just something that has to be done, so you do it, and don't waste anymore energy on talking about it or complaining and ranting, and yes I'm aware of the stupidity of decrying ranting about cleaning in a rant about ranting about cleaning, but fuck you, at least I don't do this every god damn day, seriously, don't you have anything more interesting to do with your time, get a fucking hobby.
Possibly also an old woman thing, think before you accuse people of never lifting a finger, it's fucking shitting to be accused of never doing anything when the dishes aren't done one day, when you've done them every other day that week... half the time you're ranting about dusty light fittings or the beer being on the wrong shelf or some other ridiculous problem, you're probably actually angry about some other issue that you're burying away because it's too hard, and it's so much easier to complain about cliché housewife bullshit..
Also, if you are working less hours, you do more housework, housework is not like a Job, an Job has pressure and is all about pleasing some cunt you don't like, housework is just about not living in filth, you can listen to music, take a break whenever, have a nice snack, do it in your fucking underwear if you want, and if you really don't feel like doing anything, it's no big deal...
