I used to believe that when your man hit 40 - and especially if he looked like he'd hit it doing 60 - then it was time to trade him in on a couple of 20-year-olds.

However, experience has taught me that most 20-year-olds are whammers, bammers, and no thank you, Madamers.  So I'll choose the stayers with a bit of skill.
