I found myself watching the match and not really caring who won, because I'm not fans of either Serena or Justine. But it was good to see some great tennis being played. And I do like to see Serena's ghetto booty.

Bring on tonight!

I can't take my eyes away from her massive arse.

Well looks like I can watch the tennis because I can't even hardly walk because I fell over onto the concrete and broke my knees. Well not broke but they are so in pain.

And at Maj about roller derby, while Spin was the one who first told me about it I have had nothing to do with Spin through roller derby at all, I do it because it's fun and exciting and awesome. :)

Visi, you have to admit, roller derby can seem a little strange...or even batshit insane...

Bloody channel seven and their incessant promotion of their 2010 line up. It never ends.

They even manage to squeeze it into the commentary,

Sandy Roberts, 'The viewers were so impressed about how quick you answered that trivia question Todd they wanted to know if you know what happens in the lost finale.'

*laughter*

Sandy Roberts, 'At least don't tell us who wins My Kitchen Rules.'

Subtle.

I swear they're indulging in some cash for comment advertising, too. One of them "accidentally" referred to Hawkeye as "Birdseye" the other day - and guess who's a sponsor of the telecast, hmmmm?

Before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticise them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.

It's called the BirdsEye Hawkeye though isn't it?!

Are we to be surprised by that?

Phew going to be a close one I think.

In normal cases I would go for the under dog but Federer is just too awesome to not go for.

I'm with Visi on this one.  What is it with underdog status?

It's teh softcock no lose option.

If the underdog wins you can go all boo-yah on peopel claiming you were going for him all along

If the underdog loses then you just go "yep, expected that to happen, Fed Ex is just too good".

But at least it's better than being a fair weather fan.

SG

P.S. if an entire match of women's tennis had as much skill as the first set of this match then they would be getting somewhere.

People like to go for someone who is not likely to win. It makes it much more rewarding game when they do.

Well, how does that explain the jockeying for underdog position before elections?
