Connex isn't always on tiiiiime!

Subject to the tune of "love isn't always on time!" because I like lyric-themed subjects.

I agree with most of The Age article, because I think the blame lies more in Kosky than in Connex itself.

What I would also like to know, as this isn't my area of expertise... are Connex an Australian company? If so, are we comfortable in replacing them with foreign companies? Shouldn't we be investing Australia? But that's only if Connex are an Australian based company - because I don't know.

I never had any problem with it. Mind you I never had to commute during peak hour on Melbourne public transport.

Well, I always seem to be having to go places in peak hour.

Went to my station at 8am once, doors couldn't even shut.... but upfield line is generally okay.

Sydenham is shit at peak hour.... and they delay the train and even more people come and I swear you could grab someone's arse and they'd have no idea who did it.

I've only ever really had to stay on the Belgrave/Lilydale lines, they're usually okay, from what I read they never really have much trouble during peak. I love the express train, it pretty much goes straight to my stop :-D
