Clips of Neda Soltan dying can be found all over the internet. She was a 27 year old beauty who was shot during one of the Iran protests.

I guess the thing that shocks me most is being able to actually see someone die, in a video that several people have uploaded from their phones. Because obviously recording her death held more priority at the time than trying to help her.
As
this SMH article states, "there is a difference between Neda's death and voyeurism. It's about drawing attention to an issue." This is true. The article also says that Neda will become iconic of the Iran uprising, "just as the naked, napalmed girl running down the road has come to encapsulate the Vietnam war.
I just felt the urge to share. Any thoughts?
