Mr Corducci is currently in talks with his lawyers to have this STUPID show BANNED. Mr Corducci believes that those on the chaser are idiots who get "a hoot" from laughing at others misfartunes. It would be funny to see one their own family in such a predicament you can bet they would not be laughing then!!!! i

It was also clear from the audience reaction that they thought it was a STINKER TOO. As a matter of fact this sketch has also been almost UNIVERSALLY DERIDED as one of the most distasteful segments to appear on a variety show. Shame shame shame.

You are stupid and your opinion doesn't count.

Go away and think.

Look at the response.

Then come back and tell us  your thoughts on who can derive benefit from this.

Hint: The Chaser is only one party that can.  The obvious one.  Now tell us about the less than obvious ones.

If you seriously think the chaser did this skit to promote or benefit the charity your deluded.

OK, you thought well enough to think of the ABC.  Well done.

Then you refer to The Chaser again when I specifically said the "less obvious ones".

Try again.

And yes, The Chaser did it for their show with all that entails.  That's teh whole point, GOOD satire makes you THINK.

Now run along and try again.

Or I shall dub thee alsomaj.

Good satire makes you think, yeah I agree but this wasn't good satire because the target wasn't clear. I'll stand by my comment that there are better ways to promote a charity (if that's what they were intending) then through derogatory satire.

Are you forgetting the fact that derogatory satire is what The Chaser specialise in?

and will you forgive the rest of us heatless pricks for laughing our guts up?

I judge nobody, hence don't need to forgive anybody. I just don't think anybody "was laughing our guts up" actually. I don't believe the Chaser meant for it to be funny, or expected anyone to laugh. Their goals have been achieved and they grabbed media and public attention. This can be easily achieved by using sick/dying children. They are not stupied and knew a ruckus would occur. Hats off to them. Bravo.

Well, I found it quite easy to determine the target.

Or rather, the target beyond the immediately obvious knee jerk one.

Keep trying, it's a bit like cryptic crossowrds, you try and try and try to no avail and then one day

*chk chk BOOM*

It all makes sense.

I'll stand by my comment that there are better ways to promote a charity (if that's what they were intending) then through derogatory satire.

Of course.  Moving away from that comment would indicate learning and growth on your part.

Which would be an unexpectedly good result so quickly.

30 mins in front of the bathroom mirror evry day for 6 months may suffice.

Oh, but SG, The Hack is aware that others are offended so he'd never try something so low. Only nice, healthy children for him.
