This is pretty logical anyway, I'm surprised it takes an economic crisis to consider this in the first place. Costs way too much money controlling pot, enforcing the law over it and all...and then all the profits run into orgainised crime anyway. Of course this will NEVER happen, interesting to see the debate though.
