Try old Italian pop songs from the 60s and then maybe it could be possible...

Haha, I know what you mean! My grandma always (well used to) put on chinese songs from back in the day on the cassette player really really loudly on the weekends.

I loved it as a kid. :)

You don't like The Beatles? I like all the bands from my mum's era, she likes the music from mine. My family is kinda screwed up like that.

Oh yeah, I fucking hate the Beatles, what with all their prettiness and epic music and epic everything.

Oh yes, listening to the beatles makes your family screwed up.

I don't think you know about my Italian teacher.

She puts on Italian music, gives us worksheets then walks around the classroom singing along at the top of her lungs, ignorant of the fact that she can't sing, and then tells us off for not doing our work. (It very hard to pick up a pen when you've got your hands clapped over your ears.)

You know what, I'm going to say with almost 100% certainty that I don't know about your italian teacher. It's a hard claim to make, but I think that's the way I'm going to have to go.

That's pathetic. Learn the words, sing them even louder and enjoy the diversity that music can offer.
