For tech support.

As there seems to be such a large amount of technology related ATF questions.

Help: I tried to burn a CD and it wouldn't burn some thing popped up and said "something or other does not support the something" so I tried a different CD and then a different brand of CD and now nothing even pops up it just ejects it out straight away.

I don't know anything about Macs, but sometimes when my laptop won't recognise a disc, I restart the computer and then it does.

Hmm I mean like I want to get my songs onto a black CD.

But it's still not working even after a turn off. :(

Yeah, I've had it not recognize a blank CD and then after I restart it does, but it's obviously not that. My only other suggestion would be that it's a dodgy brand, but you've tried that too. Maybe try a different burning program? Or a different computer? Or get your disc drive looked at? Or just throw the whole thing off a cliff and start again?

Maybe the disc isn't actually blank. I know shit all about Macs, but trying formatting / clearing the disc, or whatever, or clear what ever is on it.

If the disc isn't black it says 'insert a blank disc' not 'something or other does not support the something'
its more likely to be a driver issue, or conflicting software..

Unfortunately I'd need to be looking at a mac, or at least know what those somethings were to think of things to check...
