How about everyone who wants to come try and work out a date which they don't have exams, study, work, etc. Post it on here and we can work it out. No point us all suggesting a date and then havign someone whinge about when it is. So if we can get the "possible" dates first then that would make it easier. Otherwise we just make it any date that comes to mind, and if you can't make it then too bad!

Spin, it was your idea, so you get the final say on when it is.  8-)

Well, forward planning seems to be the only way to get people to turn up. Compare newtown to christmas meet up. 15 people with months of planning, 4 people with 2 weeks of planning.

MELBOURNE - 15 people (i reckon it was more)
SYDNEY - 4 people (and two didnt even live in the state)

(to be fair though the very first chaser forum meetup was in sydney and there were 10 people or more)

i was suggesting that there are more people in around or able to get to melbourne than there are in sydney

or, alternatively, that melbourne is just an inherently better city for these sorts of things
