I actually enjoyed Current Affairs. I'm assuming it's been scrapped not because of the segment, but because the amount of time making the segment consumes.

same. it's just not worth it to watch 10 hours of ACA and TT for a 5 min sketch/segment/whatever

Even still it seemed like it was the only segment that was still funny and fresh. Get rid of Citizens infringement officer and Clive

They should suck it up and do it a couple of times if they're only having a ten ep series.  :-P

Maybe they'll be getting rid of those things too. They've said that they want to get back to their satire roots and stop resorting to the bullying of random people to fill time due to lack of ideas.
And the current affairs segment was getting a bit old. How many times can you make jokes about how many times ACA/TT talk about "shoddy builders"?
