Ooh nice, I'd been reading the blog a few weeks ago but had forgotten that the programme was coming until I saw a review in today's paper. It said that it was good, but perhaps trying a little too hard with the satire sometimes and ending up unfunny. I guess we'll see.

Must remember to watch...

Mr Firth Goes to Washington Editorial Review

A satirical exploration in which funny man Colin Firth probes the US presidential debacle.

Comedian Colin Firth was a regular among The Chaser team until he jetted away to file segments from the United States......

Wasn't it Chris who dressed up as Mr Darcy? I think they're getting their Chasers confused!

Can't.
Mum's obsession with Packed to the Rafters unfortunately rules over Mr Firth :-(

I didn't like it.

It had its random moments of funny, but the general premise tying it all together was very flimsy and I felt that he got confused half way through with what he was meant to be critising at that point of time, which means that I got confused through it as well. Didn't seem to have any point to it, really. Well, other than the general 'time to make something funny about the upcoming election.'
