He had an Arts degree, which is always a good sign.

Being the first is pretty impressive, though, having to get various groups to all agree to be ruled by one government is quite a thing to be a part of.

Until the introduction of party discipline by Labor, it was a pretty tough thing to be Prime Minister of the different floating factions...
