Ok to be honest I was just excited that they actually had a Tea Party. :|

I don't know anything about these types of things.

Though I am interested to see who you guys think will win.

Who would you vote for? And why?

Oh and is there anyone else I should have added to the poll for their own thing?

Not 'having' to vote is irrelevant. I've never voted here either.

That's not something I expected to read from a self-proclaimed anarchist.

I'm excited. It's on Tuesday right? Anyone know if it will be broadcast on Australian tv?

SBS has coverage on Wednesday our time, given the time difference. 2:30pm to 6:30pm Eastern Time... I guess we get it half an hour delayed. :-( Not that that affects you.

There should be more stations than sbs covering this. This result absolutely affects Australians too

The ABC is giving it plenty of current affairs time; Insiders this morning was a US Election special, and I'm sure the 7:30 report on Wednesday will be largely dedicated to it too. It might affect us, but it's still another country. Perpetuating the idea that we're just a state of the US isn't healthy. SBS is giving it coverage; great, be thankful that someone is, if you're interested.

And the commercials never cover anything useful. The channel 7 news tonight had a story about a cat turning 21, while I was sitting here reading about the world AIDS pandemic about which the developed world is doing fuck all. What do you expect?

Tea is a big deal.  Some people take their tea very seriously indeed.
