This sounds pretty suss.

I'm sure if he wanted extras from here, he'd use his own account to ask, or at least ask in the proper forum.

Go ahead then. It won't be my problem when you get killed with an axe and monged in an alley by two poorly endowed, corpulent old men.

Well it's not like I have to work any more! :x

Though I doubt any of my friends will want to get up that early. :(

Don't tell me you quit your job.

The lack of age requirement bothers me. Don't you guys need your parents to sign off for you to appear on television over there?

Nah they just cut half of my shifts so I don't have to work tomorrow.

And I'm not sure, I highly doubt you will actually be able to see anyone much anyways. :P

Look at it like this. When they filmed the Chaser, they had to run around after and get everyone whose face appeared to sign off on a release, right? Since a minor can't legally sign a contract, their guardian must do so on their behalf. You'd think this sort of thing would come up in a request for participants such as this. I'm not sure what kind of loopholes or variables there are to your broadcasting laws, but I think this is a curiosity worth considering before showing up alone to a random location in the city at midnight.

That's a poor legal excuse.

To tell you the truth, I doubt you'll be murdered and violated in the street, but I don't believe this is a legitimate request. I think the worst that will happen is that a bunch of amateur comedians or a flash mob of some sort will have requested your appearance for some kind of youtube prank, and you'll go home disappointed that it was lamer than you were expecting.

Promise you all it's legit. I'm Charles' producer, we just need as many people as possible and Charles actually suggested this may be a good place to post. Should be a lot of fun!

Feel free to call me if you have any questions!

Thanks for your note Deb.

I have a request for further information:

1. What flavour choc-tops will there be?
2. Will popcorn be in both butter and salt flavours?
3. Who will pay the car parking fee at the airport?
4. Will counselling be available for those who see Charles in a jumpsuit?
5. If I pretend to be a journalist, do I also have to pretend to know what I'm talking about?

I may have some more questions later.
