Anyhoo... I was going to say good work on this article Shane :-)
Although I do find it odd that I relate to the zombie in this story more than I relate to a lot of the subjects of various human interest stories about the place...

Thanks dudes - as a veteran of FOUR call centre jobs, I thought it was a bit insulting...but I've been on both sides of the phone, so I have a balanced perspective on the subject.
