I think they do more than that.

Only because it gets them more money.

I would like to see a list that combines these guys, businessmen, and people who actually contribute half decent shit to the world like scientists and humanitarians.

Well that list did specifically say celebrities.

How about:

Here's some CEOs that earn a fair amount
CEO Compensation

Random Billionaires
The World's Billionaires

Oh here's one for you
The 100 Most Powerful Women

See? The world isn't all bad. :)

Time Magazine has some People of the Year thing, don't they? I should think that encompasses all of the groups of people Yak mentioned.

It's a fascinating list. Hitler, Stalin, Haile Selassie, Ayatollah Khomeini, Wallis Simpson, popes, US presidents, the Queen, astronauts, scientists, computers, even you. Yes, that's right, YOU.

I like to think Hitler and I are similar in many ways. We could have been friends for sure.

Hey, that moustache made millions of people drop dead. Feel free to draw the conclusion that it's one damn fine moustache. Drop dead gorgeous, no less.

Yeah the school for disadvantaged children and the Angel network and the charities to get struggling African-American people to college and everything don't really count do they.

I hate when people think that when people are rich and famous the only ever do anything to become more rich and famous. :|
