Chas said that they have a 75% attrition rate, meaning 3/4 of voxies (general public) they attempt recognise them.  So they have to shoot three times as much to get the same material. That's alot of shooting and alot of ng takes (no good).

So...they'd have to stop those bullshit candid camera pranks and do something funny instead?  Damn, that must suck.

They always screw up on my comp- but i'm guessing that Julian was saying that he doubts they'll do WOE again..?

If that's what it is- everyone could predict that anyway. WOE is too old and tired. They repeated themselves more than enough in the last half of Season 2.. I doubt they'd be able to pull off another successful series of it.

Chaser will be back on TV! ... i have evidence. When i was on the aeroplane to Queensland (holiday) in the Jetstar Magazine June 2008, there was a colomn about the chaser. Questions were aimed at Julian Morrow & one of them was "Will the chaser be back on TV?" and Julian said later this year on ABC again =]
though he doesnt know what the show will be called =P

Yep, agreed with Chromie, that was kind of... last year's news.

What exactly do you mean by "i/v"?
I assume you're not referring to an I-V curve, hence why I am utterly perplexed as to why someone would type such a thing.
Unless I'm missing something really obvious. But I doubt it.

OK. That's kind of a "why would you even bother abbreviating that?" situation, but I can see it.

It's used all the time, it's a pretty common abbreviation. At least in the sectors of life where interviews occur frequently.

Guess I tend to read well-written interviews rather than "omg new greenday/britney/whatever i/v!".
Or I just block out shit like that. Selective reading.

Those are not the situations in which I have encountered the abbreviation either.

I've got that.
I tend to block anything that involves dragons, dungeons and all sorts of things like that.
