i don't think his accent is fake, it just sounds that way because everyone else has an english or welsh accent (i'm talking in relation to Doctor Who/Torchwood)

I was told by a friend that he actually has a scottish accent, like David Tennant.

er, i've said earlier in the thread he does have a scottish accent. and he wears kilts.
