Well, she's right about that.  Indiana Jones is just a glorified grave-robber.  But it's a movie!  Since when did they mimic real human life anyway?

Well...on the other hand, movies do have the power to piss people off.  I mean, if you had someone in a fucking stupid haircut playing an Aussie with a crappy accent saying things like "cobber" and "mate" every 4 words being the bad guy, you'd be annoyed, wouldn't you?

Though, personally I think this is someone's idea of a joke...they even said "running dogs of the CIA", FFS.

Maybe not the ugliest (not that much of a fringe), but yeah...

Oh...though...about Harrison Ford being a second rate actor...when was the last time he did anything good?  I mean, the days of Star Wars and the old Indiana films are long behind him...he went on to make Air Force One, remember.

Having seen the movie just now, yeah...WTF was with the Russians?  Though, the really lame US propaganda movie style depiction was just one of several WTF moments.

It would have been a nice movie if they'd resisted the urge to copy lame movies like Hellboy and that treasure hunting shite with Nicolas Cage instead of keeping it Indiana Jones with obvious ripped off scenes of The Mummy.

Well, there's taking the piss out of movies, and there's ripping off old crap cause they can't think of anything good.

Though, yeah, the ending, and various "revelations" that led up to it which every B movie has done to death...and Cate Blanchett's character...if they'd got rid of those it wouldn't have been so bad.

The kid with teh switchblade was actually pretty cool, normally roles like that deserved to have "epic fail" written on them.
