- You need 10 posts to PM.
- Do not bump up old threads.

It'd have to be done manually, unless we add it to the agreement you have to tick when you first join, which no-one reads anyway.

You can send a "welcome" PM to people when they join on phpBB forums... But an admin has to do it.

Isn't SMF supposed to be better than phpBB?

If you can do it with phpBB, you'd think SMF could do it.

If someone wrote it I would be happy just to copy it and send it.
