Thow....why? Because it is an unnatural environment with producers pressing the buttons?

Je...would it make a difference to you if intelligent people were in the house? Oh and BTW some people do not have a life...like me, I have agoraphobia...why does there need to be such a negative connotation with not having a life?

Seconded

The show is there only to be watched by mindess drones, who don't have their own life

And you know this how?

For a start.

Secondly...what's the point in people sitting around watching people sitting around on TV?

Thanx for the welcome bookworm...I think

Well yeah Thow...it is boring to watch dull people sitting around on TV. My original point was that if the people chosen were more interesting, it would not be so boring. Case in point the series with Tim Brunero...to see him interact with people who had no social conscience and were only concerned with how they look, was very interesting, I thought anyway.
My point is not about the show as it is now, I cannot argue with anyone that it should be kept on air as is, the people chosen to be on the show are appalling examples of Australian society,...my point is that it has been a wasted opportunity for a TV show that could have been interesting and valuable.
I do think this will be the last year...I cannot see it carrying on especially when they promised real changes (including interesting and various housemates) and failed to deliver.
Ah well, many will be happy it is off the air, I still had hope the producers would get their act together.  :-(

Who wants to see an insight into great minds when you can watch "hawt" people complain about their "tough" lives.

I'm with Catwixen.  And it has nothing to do with us both being cats... well, not very much.  The show could be really interesting, but it's not.  So sucks to the producers, and let's have a murder or two in there.

The pope is coming to Sydney soon. Maybe we can petition him to pray for some divine intervention? I haven't seen that show since the first year they ran it, but I do find the adverts annoying.

Kudos to Mez who seems to know exactly what I am trying to say and is obviously very insightful and intelligent! (no thats got nothing to do with us both being cats either).

Though it's true that almost all cats are very insightful and intelligent.

I'm quite excited about being able to watch BB tonight, actually. *ducks for cover*
