Is this for real?? Chris Taylor a masterclass in satire? Since when have the chaser team done anything really even along the lines of satire in the last few years? Now Chris Taylor heading a masterclass in 'how to be a pompous conceited prick' I could understand.

The age restriction is curious... 

The price is good though. I took Steve Kaplan's comedy writing masterclass (also a weekend) and that was $500.  It was excellent but he was a shameless misogynist, which was annoying.

The 18 bit is logical, keep out the fangirls, and if it's a masterclass, they have to assume a certain amount of experience and ability. The upper limit is less obvious, given that you're never to old to do something like this. I can only imagine it's to make it easier to aim what's discussed at a certain level. Any mature age uni students will tell you how frustrating it is to be treated like a kid straight out of school. I guess having an age limit avoids that kind of problem.

I dunno. I find this shit kind of useless. I mean, you've either got a gift for this shit or you don't. You can't "learn" it.

The class will be made up entirely of moist-minged chicks who are all trying to put on an intellectual facade. You know...those birds who wear miniskirts and fmbs and pack on the makeup but then try to feign intelligence by putting on a pair of glasses
