For me it is sheer acquisitive greed and selfishness.  Every time I fall in love with a painting, I want to take it home with me.    Since I'm not an art thief, this is usually impossible.

Hey Bix, judging from the response I'd say your post pretty much qualifies as 'art' 

I like all kinds of art... it's partly that I just like it when people are creative, but it's also seeing people's approaches to stuff... it can be a tiny insight into how their mind works.

Even if they just come across as dirty scammers who can live with themselves for squandering grants that could have gone on less simplistic works.

Miley should start getting a little wiser about her decisions and your also right that little girls get
influenced easy but Mileys a teenager herself and i think people forget that. I honestly think she is
making some mistakes but how else is she gonna learn if she isn't free to make her own mistakes.
I think she has an amazing personality and she is so sweet but her biggest problem is that
she forgets she is a star and she thinks she's a normal girl.

And it's different when the mistakes she's making aren't just affecting her. As a role more you have a public social mandate to act in a way people should be looking up to. She didn't ask for it, but having it she should think and act approrpaitely.

This has less to do with her posing naked and more to do with her pole dancing in a film clip/music awards...

Children model themselves on a variety of influences to which public, media driven figures are a small part and thier actions should not be held in any greater esteem than any other figure.

Furthermore if she wants to pole dance, and it is her own choice, it is not our job to stop her. It is our job to make sure our kids don't watch it if that's the value you want to instill in them. I do find it a little weird that she is doing the pole dancing crap if she is virgin till mariage but all power too her.
