The picture's out there on the internet anyway. I'm not trying to be self righteous regardless of how it comes across. All I'm saying is that I don't think a fifteen year old child should be on the cover of vanity fair with nothing but a bed sheet draped over her.

Anyway, I think the picture is quite nice. I enjoy neo-classical (and similar styles of) art. Too bad it's for Vanity Fair.

Plus, the media adore making a big deal out of everything. How would they get by without their celebrity fluff?

Yes, it's art, but I think it's rather, should we say, slightly inappropriate for 15 year old models. She's not my daughter, but so what? Doesn't make it any more appropriate than it already is.

Although the picture isn't explicit as you say ( eg she is not showing her tits,) you can't deny that it is extremely suggestive- The ruby red lips, the sex hair, the silk bed sheet. Just because the sexual element is hidden underneath a cloth of 'tastefulness' does that really make it any better when you are talking about a fifteen year old?

You can use the concept of art to justify most weird and peverse things.
