anyone else underwhelmed by big brother this year?

first we had the OLD PAULINE HANSON SUPPORTER who believed in CONTROVERSIAL things like atheism and stoning asians - who turned out to be a dud

then the midget who went and snapped in two during the friday night games

then COREY WORTHINGTON, the BIGGEST NAME TO COME OUT OF NARRE WARREN, who is as boring as bat shit, really

i am most disappointed. they had the recipe to make a heller entertaining show but the star performers are all duds or broken.

I resisted for a couple of days, but I'm hooked now.  It's been extremely entertaining this year.  The fuckups during Sunday night's eviction were hilarious!  And watching the blonde bint having a tantrum last night was pretty good too.

They've assembled this cast of pseudo-intellectuals - Timmy, that fat ex-housemate who tries to sound intelligent, some trashy newspaper columnist who tries to look intelligent by wearing glasses, that chick who is on the AFL footy show (Rebecca someone?) and that stupid fucking Tony Squires (that guy shits me to tears) - in an attempt to shift BB towards another demographic I reckon

All the fairyfloss fans of previous series have succumbed to their ADHD and moved on to other trashy TV shows, so they have to target a new bunch of people now

No, though Big Mouth is okay.  I first watched BB in 2005 when Tim was in it.  And the reason I did it was because I had read a Ben Elton book, Dead Famous, which was about a murder in the BB house British version.  Great book, by the way.

My mum's just finished reading that, she loved it, it's on my very large pile of books to read. I'm a bit bogged down in same-sex marriage arguments and Red Dwarf just at the moment, but I really must read it.
