- It'd be great to see WOE bring home a Logie or two, they really deserve one, but I can definately see WOE being defeated by Summer Heights High (SHH) in both categories. Not because SHH is generally a better show, but because I think that the majority of people that would be voting in these awards would be regular viewers of SHH as opposed to WOE. What do you guys think?

Also, I'd really like to see Denton or Adam Hills get the gold, I think they're more worthy of it than the others. And besides, half the other nominees have already won it before. If Rove gets it again, that will just be annoying- Logie hog.

That's exactly what I was about to post. Just reading through the list I was like "Summer Heights High against Chaser...logie awards...yep they've already lost"

The most outstanding comedy catogory is decided by people in the industry- so without question summer heights high will win.

And even Kath & Kim could beat them. Only because it moved to Channel 7 with their 2 million viewers every week.

Are you sure..? Don't people vote on it though msg and a form in the magazine?

No. They can vote in the 'most popular' category but not 'most outstanding.'

No. They can vote in the 'most popular' category but not 'most outstanding.'

Hmm. Maybe WOE does have a better chance of getting it then. What with APEC & their high profile this year and all. Unlike 'Thank God You're Here' who haven't had any media coverage at all really...

And yeah, I doubt their lives depend on it but I'm sure it'd be a nice little bonus for them.
