We're Moving Out!

I was going to post this in How to tell if your potential housemates are sane or devil worshipers but it's not really just about housemates.

So here is the deal.
Me and Bee are moving to Melbourne for a year at the end of this semester, we are going to take tme off uni and work.
We are going to find a place and work and do everything and then go back to uni after.

So what we really need is tips.
So where should we look for accommodation?
Where to avoid?
Good jobs?
Bad jobs?
How do we keep up with everything so we don't have to become hookers?
And everything else we could possibly need to know.

My only advice is that you should probably meet each other soon before your plans get too far advanced (assuming you haven't already...?)
