Cue me? I've never done this before, so it could go 'orribly, 'orribly wrong. But if you're reading this now, it should be on the CNA board. Just for you, blue  :-)

I love a mod who can take a hint

Thanks Adi. Noice work. Gosh we're all really impressed down here, I can tell you!  :-D

(And if I had time I'd find the clapping emoticon for you.)

I'm just glad I didn't dissolve the thread from the face of the earth. 'Behind the scenes' isn't necessarily my strong suit!

Mwahaha, Monty Python quote for every occasion. Love it  :-D

I know there's already been one or two topics about this- but they were sort of irrelevant (not to mention old.)

I was (am) watching the Chaser news alerts, and at the start of the November 24 one, it has this thing about emails. The emails are from some guy called Chris, Andrew Hansen, Jocelyn Laurence ('missing you bad', presumably Chas' emails), indecipherable, Dom and Julian. The point? I'm getting to it.

Julian's message was titled : 'New Series- 'Chaser's Age of Terror Variety Hour' '.
So- these aren't new right? It says its an Archive of the 2005 CNA series.

So basically... was AOT a name they were going to use? (I should just listen to the commentary on the DVDs.)

haha, I probably sound like some crazy fangirl rattling off facts. ahhh. I usually don't pick these things up.

What the hell is a Chaser news alert? With emails from Chas's wife?  :|

'twas after CNNNN, like five minute shows with Jules as the host. Dom as the weatherman and the other guys the reporters. You can still watch them online.

Chaser News Alert page on the ABC website.  :-)

Not that I can get the player to work this morning... but that's probably just me/my computer.

If it doesn't work on the ABC site someone uploaded them to YouTube.

Yeah you can download and watch all 10 episodes on YouTube. That's what I did. Have fun watching them, they're good in my opinion :-)

They worked for me on the ABC website?! But I still didn't see any mention of Chas's wife... maybe I'm watching the wrong episodes?  :|

episode ten.
the mention of chas' wife is pretty subtle-
when Andrew is saying stuff about the emails at the start, jocelyn lawrence is mentioned there somewhere (not by andrew, in the emails.)

Ah. I was expecting her to appear on the screen or something. Makes sense now.

Yeah I tend to notice minute and obscure things. I really don't know why I saw that. I think it was my first time watching that particular episode.

My sister just ate cat food in a can. YUM.
