I really can't see Hitlary beating John McCain. As you said earlier, she is not a natural. Obama is every bit a cool a character as Cool Hand Bill. McCain comes across very well and the Dems will need a top notch candidate to ensure that they get over the line.

Unless John has a heart attack or something in teh mean time.

Biggest problem is Hillary going scorched earth on Obama to try and beat him in the primary and irreversibly wrecking chances for the Democratic candidate whoever wins (Toxic Hillary or Bashed Up Barrack) because of her own ambition.

Because like it or not, at the moment Obama is the leading Democrat candidate and most likely to win. You can chalk it up to gender if you like, but that's lazy thinking.
