It's fairly simple.

First, click on the smiley that you want to move. 

Then, go up to the top right-hand corner of your browser window, and click on the big red cross you see there.  Are you ok so far?  What you need to do next is carefully turn off your computer, collect all the leads, cables and accessories, pack them into their respective boxes, return the computer and the aforementioned accessories, cables and leads to their respective manufacturers, disconnect your phone, internet and mobile services, board up your doors and windows and never speak to another living soul ever ever again.

If you do that, I promise to make the smileys move around the screen.
