They stole my DVDs!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone else ordered the $44 DVD bundle of volumes 1 and 2 of series 1 off the website and not received it???
I ordered mine 2 months ago and paid in early November and still have not received my order, even though the site says they post in 48 hours...what's going on???
I have sent 2 emails and tried calling The Chaser a million times but get no reply and just an answering machine.
I even checked every post office in my area but none have my package  :oops:
It's really annoying and was meant to be for christmas but I can't see my DVDs coming anytime soon...maybe even never!!!
Have all you guys got your orders ok?

A million calls at 25c a call is $250,000. Wouldn't you consider that a severe waste of time and money?

For that amount, you could have hired a couple of helicopters armed with mercenaries, landed on the roof of the ABC, taken the Chaser crew hostages and demanded they handed over your DVDs and a pair of Chas' undies.

Time to refocus I would say.

Chromefox is right. You're best off sending one of them a polite PM asking them if they knew what the problem might be. Whining, unfortunately gets you nowhere. I've tried :P

I've already sent a few emails to the 'contact us' thing but with no replies...

Maybe...I could click the report to moderator thing and then someone will see my problem and try and sort something out.........?

You're a newbie to forums, aren't you?  :-D PMs are Personal Messages.  At the top of your screen you'll see a little menu bar. On it, it says "My Messages." They're your personal messages. Find one of the Chaser staff by searching for members, and send them a PM about your DVDs.  :-)

Send a PM to Chas or Dom. Pretty much nobody else comes around.

Then be patient, because they only drop by once every two or three weeks.
