I've been wanting to see it for a while, but you have a point about the people involved not wanting it to air..

I know I wouldn't..

I really REALLY want to see this documentary. So yeah, as others have said I'll be glad to pay someone to send me a copy and I'd be happy to help get the ABC to air it again.

Is it on bit torrent or anything? I've never used it so i have no idea. Everyone should send emails to the ABC. I agree, i would pay for a burnt copy if anyone has one ;)

I've tried bit torrent but I haven't found it. Looking at it realistically, there is little chance of it actually being on there, so I doubt I'll find it.  :|

Well, there goes that option. Now all we can do is wait for the forumsters with pirated dvds to swarm into this thread on a wave of unbelievable generosity. :P

Yeah, I won't get into details- but from what I've heard, I can definately understand why some subjects may not want the documentary seen.

i'll go into details..
doesn't it go on about andrew's depression?

From what I've heard, it does.

Stephen Fry made a documentary about his own depression. Andrew should take a leaf out of his book.

He sure can. Like taking a leaf from Stephen Fry's book.

Or not.

It's not of great importance to me.

As if that will happen
One or two people will get it and then dangle it above everyone else who have no choice but to beg for it, which will only result in failure.

I'm a bit of a random forum lurker but I thought I'd just let everyone know of a little tipoff as to where you can (possibly) find a copy of it.
Anyone with access to a University library might have a bit of luck. I go to GU in Brisbane and a VHS copy (yeah VHS is blah but the point is it's there) of the entire 4 (I think) episodes can be viewed by anyone who goes in there (as it is technically a public library) or if you know somebody who goes to the Uni borrow their library card and get them out. Uni libraries have all sorts of random stuff in them and at the Nathan and Goldie campuses of GU there are 4 copies in total!

Yeah, so my little piece of advice is to go randomly raid a university library. It is actually quite an interesting documentary, and I incidentally stumbled upon it via a recommendation by a lecturer because it was simply interesting.

Hope I helped a little! =) I'll go back to my silent lurking again now.
