May I be the first to welcome you to the forums.

I'm still at high school and planning to study Journalism at Uni of Melbourne, even though I'm only in Year 9.

Melbourne's pretty awesome. I love living here.

But I adore Sydney. I went there for a Choir competition last year for a week, and it was one of the best weeks of my life, I think it's a beautiful city. I'd love to move there after I've finished Uni.

Come to Melbourne! and make haste!

The lure of living in the same city as the MCG is quite tempting.

though I don't want to do a Chris Judd just yet,

...the bastard :D

Welcome, I didn't read your post because you put too much crap in it.

...and that is the first lame joke you'll read here. Be prepared to read a lot.

Welcome, and you don't want to live in Melbourne full time. Sure it looks all good now, but then everyone in other states hate you.

Woah, people post way more stuff in their initial post then i did!

quite the mysterious character,

-ah I'm from WA, a place called Australind, yes you've never heard of it (apart from maybe the stabbing at my high school or the tornadoes)
- massive cricket and west coast fan
- bit of a political nerd
- into and play alternative music,
- can't spell, and yeah... best thing the chaser boys ever did = 'always in sunglasses'
- should be writing a summary of bicameralism in Western Australia's political system

:D

and people do tend to not like the ol' Vic's do they?

That is quite true actually, no-one appears to like Victorians... except themselves,

as in instrument or music?

and cheers for your subtle way of gearing up to insult me

I'm a terribly bad guitarist, but i enjoy it.

the waifs, the whitlams, Angus and Julia stone, Regina spektor, Sarah blasko, that acoustic sound, that hasn't been deconstructed by technology.

though I also get into rock,

wolfmother and the fratellis...oh and the black keys

...don't hurt me?

Don't worry, you're from WA. Some guy I hate lives there so I hate the whole state. We're even now.

Regina Spektor is sex,

you a fan of Elliott Smith?

Well at least you only play guitar badly, any instrument I manage to pick up, I play badly.

But you're not an obnoxious indie kid. So I suppose that's a plus... maybe,

what about bob Evans? Dan Kelly maybe? Whitley?

You know, I never get sick of reading forum member introductions. It's this weird thing of mine.

i guess thats already to much informantion that you didn't want to know anyway!!!

One of those reasons is that I like to pick out spelling errors. Hahaha.

Other than that.... I don't think we have much in common.

Sooo... Welcome to the Chaser Forum.

And enjoy your stay. :)
