That is quite a lot. Slow Internet is horrible, I am a dictator in my home with regards to the Internet download. Mostly coz I am the only person who downloads large things so its easier for me to manage it. I do have a few friends who brothers and sisters use there Internet all up within the first week, and then spend the next 3 complaining about how slow it is.

17 Year olds are the best at porn (take that out of context if you must), actually probably from age of 14-19 is the peak period for porn downloading. Speaking from my own and other people experiences. Perhaps if you just tell him to save them to his computer, he can view them any time. Then ask him to only download more when no one is home.
