I decided to start a generic 'Oh noes, they died!' thread for stars that may not be able to maintain a separate eulogy thread.

This week:  Max Roach, the 'melodic' drummer, composer, jazz legend.

Check out an awesome hi hat and some brush work that made me do this  :-o

So the funeral I went to on Tuesday, they burnt him alive did they? No wonder the family was so upset.

I heard them telling the story of his life on the news, where they said he "went on to become one of the biggest stars of the opera stage."

Oh er, this thread is coming in handy.

Anita Roddick, founder of the Body SHop and the Big Issue has died after a brain haemorrhage.

I always admired this person, despite the controversial sale of TBS to Loreal.  She sought change through commerce, not hackeysack, and has similar hair to me.  That alone is a massive cross to bear.

Oh dear. That kinda sucks. I hope the hair and the brain haemmorrage weren't related, or I too could be in serious trouble  :x
