And I'm still working this out. While the rules say that a person will be banned after the first warning, I think that is a little harsh. I have been told to enforce the rules as far as I feel comfortable. I like the idea of a 2 or 3 strike policy, depending on the offence and the severity of said offence.
Fuck off. "He's been an arsehole of late". Has anything been reported? No. All he's done is offend you, and you should be above the petty squabbles now that you're a mod. If something is reported, then you act on it. And, in my opinion, you should act on it in private. Otherwise, unless it's clearly distressing the recipient of the abuse (and something tells me that Tux was neither reporting anything, nor was he upset), leave it alone. You're becoming megalomaniac.
Besides, Tux offended Nick first. Why aren't you warning Tux? Because you have a long-standing argument with Nick and you're treating this modding thing as payback time.
