Spin, if you'd like to hop in my time machine with me, I am currently heading back to the 1970s for some music/film/tv/literary researchy immersion goodness.

Can I come too?  Occasionally I miss the 70s.  Pound of dope for $300.   8-)  I'll make a fortune.

Spin, I have hair down to my waist and I can dry it with a fan heater in about 10 mins.  Plus, it leaves both hands free to manipulate hair.

All welcome, all aboard. Bring your own fancy dress. Luckily my aunt, b. 1951, was exactly my age, size and shape in the early/mid 1970s and she's a hoarder, so I have some gorgeous genuine clothes :-D

I recently bought a ghd straightner. My hair is just so thick and unmanagable most of the time that I need a really good straightner. It cost 270 dollars but it is worth it.

FZ if you're going to buy one buy it online from here..http://www.ry.com.au/store/ It is the cheapest I have been able to find them
Be careful if you're going to buy it from somewhere else online. There are a lot of fake ghd sellers out there. If they're selling them for less than 200 then it must be a fake.

My hair used to be really really thick and unmanageable (never less than an hour to straighten it). Recently (past two years ish, I think) I've been loosing big clumps of hair every time I wash and now it's just kinda thick and almost unmanageable. And takes just under an hour to straighten. I wonder if I should be worried...

Anyway, point was that I've had lots of hair straighteners in my life and GHD trumps them all.

I have a knee length leather jacket that my grandmother bought from Turkey in the 80s.

Wait, not only are you rejecting spin, you're forcing her onto me! You're always on about the rights of women and such and here you are treating spin like she's just another piece of meat. It's disgraceful.
