Toshiba Corp v multi-nations' 17 companies
« on: April 10, 2007, 08:37:16 PM »

Nihonkeizai Shimbun, Apr 7, 2007 evening - Toshiba Corp claims Daewoo Electronics Corp in ITC for the Daewoo's DVD patent violation.

http://yahoo.reuters.com/news/articlehybrid.aspx?storyID=urn:newsml:reuters.com:20070407:MTFH30838_2007-04-07_10-43-29_T276799&type=comktNews&rpc=44

Toshiba Corp has filed a complaint against a unit of South Korea's Daewoo Electronics and 16 other companies for allegedly violating its patents related to DVD recorders and players.

Toshiba has asked the commission to investigate Daewoo Electronics America Inc. and 16 other companies based in the United States, China and Hong Kong.

I can't see http://info.usitc.gov/sec/dockets.nsf/6d369b122be91d368525669000713afd/b42b59d526fac6cd852572b5004edaa7 but I can see http://edisweb.usitc.gov/edismirror/337-2539/Violation/272294/314670/f3c/83d1b4.pdf.

16 other companies are Dongguan (Group?) (China), GVG Digital Technology Holdings Ltd (Hong Kong), jWIN Electronics Corp (USA),
Memcorp Inc (USA), Starlight (Group?) (Hong Kong) and Tonic (Group?) (China and Hong Kong).
I hope they will win the morbid thief.

We should know Toshiba Corp doesn't pay others' patent fee - for Lexar Media Inc and Nano-proprietary Inc - but Toshiba Corp gets its own patent money.

And Toshiba Corp wanted the flash memory patent from Hynix Semiconductor Inc until the legal war ended in Apr 2007.

Why does Toshiba get all the flak, and not people like International Electromatics?  Their mind control stuff is way out...they are introducing lil devices into all their electronis gear to blanket cover the world as a prelude to alien Invasion.

Though they have nice incidental music.

Crap - Toshiba Corp paid me a patent fee. Big bucks too. Maybe you are one of those types that the gate has been left open in the top paddock and the horse have run free. Learn the basics of business practices and maybe one day you will not have to complain about Toshiba - you could be them. All forward the capitalist front!!!

Ooh...and don't forget the Umbrella Corporation.

Not only do they muck about with illegal biological things...they never give their commandos enough ammo, and their laser tunnel thingies only do that diagonal mesh thing as a last resort.

And Global Chemicals...poisoning Welsh miners and all.

Memcorp Inc. Files Motion to Stay Proceedings in DVD Patent Infringement Case Filed by Toshiba
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070511/0251524.html
May 11, 2007

I found it now May 23, 2007.

Because Japanese major news sources didn't inform Toshiba Corp's minus news as always.
I read Nihonkeizai Shimbun everyday.

I really hope America's Memcorp Inc will win and other 16 companies will win against Japan's Toshiba Corp. And I hope Toshiba Corp will lose at HD-DVD v Blu-ray Disc.

- Now this 3 all days again usual some Toshiba crazies watch, irritate, abuse and interrupt me. -

Toshiba Corp claims another company.

'Toshiba files DVD patent suit in Germany'
ITNews.com.au, Jul 6, 2007
http://www.itnews.com.au/newsstory.aspx?CIaNID=55647&src=site-marq

Toshiba Corp again claimed for DVD patent.
The suit was brought to the Dusseldorf Regional Court against EDD Bizz GmbH on Jul 5, 2007.
Toshiba has previously filed patent infringement lawsuits in the US against Taiwanese DVD drive manufacturers in 2002, an American importer and wholesaler of DVD-related products in 2005, and 17 manufacturers and importers of DVD-related products in 2007.
I think Toshiba Corp used unpaid multi-nation's companies for a long time to sell DVD to more World's people.

Rationally, anyone can thieve from a thief.
I mean the thief is Toshiba Corp. Toshiba Corp didn't pay for Lexar Media Inc's NAND flash memory patent fee.

'EU begins HD-DVD/Blu-ray investigation.'
ITNews.com.au, Jul 4, 2007
http://www.itnews.com.au/newsstory.aspx?CIaNID=55543

Only one Hollywood studio, Universal, has an exclusive agreement with HD-DVD, while some are producing films for both formats and five exclusively for Blu-ray.

There have been no complaints of anti-competitive behaviour but it is understood that the HD-DVD camp has been lobbying behind the scenes for an investigation.

I can hear European Commission claims against Blu-ray alliance for Toshiba Corp's HD-DVD alliance.

I really hope EU Commission will be used by Toshiba Corp 'the terrorist'.

I think many movie companies simply hate Toshiba Corp for the Toshiba Corp's dictatorial DVD 'SD' administration.

Everybody might know Toshiba Corp won the current-generation DVD format at 'SD' therefore the same company shouldn't win the next-generation DVD format at 'HD-DVD'. Because only one company shouldn't get the big power or money.

I also care Blockbuster Inc changed on Jul 2, 2007 CEO from John Antioco to former 7-Eleven Inc. leader James Keyes. A Toshiba Corp's coup but I know Mr Antioco agreed in March 2007 to leave Blockbuster ? Because Blockbuster selected Blu-ray. I really hope James Keyes' Blockbuster won't support Toshiba Corp's HD-DVD.

Why doesn't each country make its own DVD standard not to give foreign companies money like China ?

* I feel ITNews.com.au morally don't like Toshiba Corp.

Microsoft's XBox has (maybe, had) a serious trouble today and then I think Toshiba Corp touchs it. I wonder if Toshiba Corp pays the compensation money for Microsoft.

Not unless Dunco is on an extra 50 forums in addition to this... just google "kanamaru" and you'll see how it all is.

In the meantime, if you don't want to incur my wrath (and believe me, Kanamaru, you don't), just fuck off to your other websites, you creepy, obsessed little git.

I recommend a good mental health site where they can address your OCD issues. :-)

Don't worry Kenamaru, Mez is a soft and fluffy gummy-jawed hippy.

Or a Toshibot.   You decide.
