i think its more about him lying(especially since he's a judge) than about him speeding.

He should have lent Julian the car. Julian clearly has 'friends in high places'!

it is pretty extraordinary conduct

judges like to push responsibility onto people. guess one of the reasons the legal system is so unpopular is that judges make people pay for losses they cause ..

guess they can dish it out but they can't take it eh.

unless of course he is actually telling the truth. old people sometimes forget things you know. even judges.

old people get confused very easily

for instance, they don't know the difference between left and right (when indicating)

they don't know the difference between the accellerator and the brake (sophiw delezio take 1)

they don't know the difference between 'there is someone in my way' and 'there isnt someone in my way' (sophie delezio take 2)

i think it's reasonable to infer that his honour may have confused 'before' and 'after' in this instance. anyway that's for the courts to decide. they wouldn't have arrested him if they didn't have the evidence to prove perjury.

Little known to the general public, Einfeld also possesses unworldly skills relating to the dark art of Necromancy. Being a Dark Lord of Opression, it was quite easy for him to make a dead woman drive his car.
