Current bench press to body weight gap is 6.5kg, weight is now 101.5kg.  Don't think I'll ever get down into the 70s weight wise, I look gaunt mid 80s (and that was when I was a young 'un without grey hair...)

Get to the lower nineties SG and you will be doing fine. I am actually trying to get my weight into the eighties (not the disco eighties) but it won't happen, no matter how much shit I eat, ( stupid fast metabolism ).

we need a lipotranfser mechanism all of our own.

I have a fat transfer system arranged with Fadey but that does't lose me much weight.

Only a couple of grams at a time, it all adds up. Problem is, Fadey gives you that couple of grams back every time you change positions.
