Ammonium nitrate.  Optimum mix is about 5.something% of diesel (by weight), but too much diesel just creates more fumes, too little and the thing won't go off properly, so 6% is preferred.

Also, the Ammonium Nitrate should be in prill form.  And you need a detonator to set it off.
