There have been a few problems with registration lately - people aren't getting emails or they're not working somehow.

We hope this will soon be resolved by a software upgrade. In the meantime, please add a post to this "Register a problem" thread. Include your username.

When we've registered you, we will move your post across to the "Resolved problems" thread.

Note that inappropriate posts in this public board will lead to banning.

I can't even get the 'Register' button at the bottom of the registration to not be grey. I've tried several times using Firefox AND Internet exploiter.

When I try to post in Bikkie's problem thread it said that I was double posting or something, and wouldn't let me post...I tried again and it still didn't work.

I have the same problem. Log it with Nick, he should get around to fixing it in about 6 months. I think he is due to fix mine shortly

What about when I try to post in an article comments, and it always says I've timed out, and I have to do it from the forum?

Does Chaser Chat have the same ID & password as the forum?
Can log into the forum OK but I'm getting a message about incorrect ID/password trying to get into the chatroom.

Re: logging into the chat room, I can't get in. Apparently it's a wrong username or password, but both are double-checked x 1000 and still no luck.

Also, I never did get a notification/rego email, even though I can log on ok.

Ok first it says the usernames taken so i change it and then it says there was a error and when i do it again it says my emails taken so i dont know what happened but could you regester my name as ragefan123 ?

  Ok, so I havn't logged in in ages, and now that I have tried to log in, it won't recognise my username??? When I try to set up a new account an error message appears saying that an account already exists using my email (duh) which is obviously the account I am trying to log into but not being let into. Is it possible to delete my previous sign up/ account? Or even just have it reset, or have the username and password I'm supposedly supposed to be using sent to my email address?

Hi,

I'm having a problem with registration. No matter what combination of Username, email or password I use, it constantly tells me the username/password is already in use. When I look to see if this is true, by trying to log in or searching for the member, it tells me that the usernames are not in use.

Any help would be wonderful. Thanks,

It doesn't matter what password you use.

As for names, tell me what name you're trying to register with and I'll check it out. (Bec, Becky, Becka and Rebecca are already in use)

If it's Bec Hewitt Nick, you may want to see if she has pugged it in, turned it on etc etc
