Yak, here is a beard-strokingly serious shot at it.  I will be employing Fruedian purple here.

The shin guards = your defences present in interpersonal realationships, or if you are Fruedian = your beef curtains.  This defensiveness is incredibly powerful, but sometimes misses the mark.  (The first goal attempt.) Freudian: a powerful ejaculation, possibly masturbatory.. falling on 'barren ground.'  Okay, then you get some cool goals, and realise the joys of being defensive.. ie maintaining an acceptable distance from losers, making 8 year olds cry.  Fr: more sex.  Powerful phallic imagery about 'hitting the back of the net.'  Esp in context where the thrusting object does not hit the sides... hm

As I am rapidly forgeting the dream I'll push on, the Priest figure represents the penitent/priest relationship... where a free exchange of ideas exists, total truthfullness.  Fr: yep, you'd root him too, and love it because its forbidden  Paparazzi, no idea.  Fr: they represent the oppressive burden you feel from the prevailing morality, what are you doing schtooping that priest??  Its undoubtable a sex dream, picked it as soon as you refered to 'walking through a park... obviously vaginal, 'bush' type setting.
