Ah Franz Ferdinand. The greatest band to walk this Earth.

Loner there is nothing wrong with The Who. Hip hop is shit, pure and simple. Don't renounce good music because of peer pressure.

Err for me its probably Aqua. I also believe when i was young i owned a Tina Arena album. Only God knows why.....

Alternatively, reincarnated, brought back in a different form:

On a whim I've been trying to make a list of all the songs whose titles are structured verb-pronoun-preposition, or 'verporeps' as no-one calls them. This is what I've come up with so far:

VERB-PRONOUN-PREPOSITION

28 Days - Rip It Up
Basement Jaxx - Get Me Off
Blur - Wear Me Down
Blur - Turn It Up
Cormega - Let It Go
Fefe Dobson - Take Me Away
The Donnas - Take It Off
The Donnas - Pass It Around
Elastica - Hold Me Now
Nick Cave - Lay Me Low
Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out
Pete Murray - Bail Me Out
Powderfinger - Pick You Up
Powderfinger - Take Me In
Polyphonic Spree - Hold Me Now
Puddle Of Mudd - Spin You Around
Red Cell - Knock Me Down
Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Give It Away
Silverchair - Leave Me Out
Smashing Pumpkins - Take me down
Starsailor - Talk Her Down
The Stone Roses - Shoot You Down

VERB-PREPOSITION-PRONOUN

A-Ha - Take On Me
Nick Cave - Far from me
The Darkness - Growing On Me
The Donnas - Fall Behind Me
Mark Lanegan - Come to me
Pete Murray - Fly With You
Eric Prydz - Call On Me
Scott Walker - Get behind me

DEBATABLE

M People - Moving On Up
Soundgarden - Let Me Drown
Beatles - Love Me Do
Xavier Rudd - Let Me Be

Can I add a verporep? "Take Me Home" - Sophie Ellis Bextor. I don't know why that jumped out.

Bad music? Or music other people commonly think of as bad? I'm not sure - The Kinks, The Clovers and The Zombies are the only ones I listen to that I can think of that other people might think 'bad'.

Yeah The Kinks aren't great. I'm adding The Whitlams. I always get paid out for liking them

I can't say I really understand the current criticism of the Whitlams. I think it just has to do with them reaching 'that time', It's been about a decade since their highest selling album was released and there is always an irational hatred of bands which emerges after that period of time.

The Smiths...

In case you neeeded proff they are the most cleshed and THE GREATEST band ever to have graced the Earth here it is...

Yeah i don't really get it either but their new album was pretty bad. Tim Freedman is great but he needs to be a little less pretencious. If possible....  :|
